But equally valuable was the experience with Doreen Keator at the office. She spent an hour and a half with me, explaining the ins and outs of the device (and the bluetooth transceiver) and making sure I understood and could operate all the features on my own. She happily stayed after hours answering all my questions and leaving me confident I had a great support team working for me. Even Austin, the receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at home. I highly recommend the Lacey office as well as the hearing aids.
