  Our experiences, and what keeps us coming back for 10 years or so, is simply Doreen. If you want a compassionate, and thoughtful person, as well as one who is equipped and skilled in helping fit you for hearing aids, ask for her. We are quite pleased every time.

  I have been going to Miracle-Ear for many years. A close friend (Wally) told me about Doreen when Miracle-Ear was at their prior location at Sear's in Lacey. I was having problems with with getting the right fit for my right ear. I have followed Doreen and Miracle -Ear ever since. I can't say enough good things about Doreen, staff, and the ownership who have taken great care of me for many years. Thank you Doreen for always taking care of our hearing aid needs for my wife, me, and my friends that I have recommended to Miracle-Ear.

  The staff at the Lacey store is awesome!!! After taking my FIL to a competitor where they didn’t return phone calls, we’re not open during posted operating hours and spending $1000’s of dollars for hearing aids that now sit and collect dust Doreen and the staff of miracle ear Lacey Have been awesome… they take the time to teach my FIL how to use his hearing aids, adjust and clean them as he needs… his quality of life has improved soo much and he is sooo happy it was money well spent!!! We all take our hearing for granted but I would encourage anyone who suspects any degree of hearing loss to call them to set up an appointment!

  On 21 May 2025, I called and recieved same day appointment. Gene was very knowledgeble and help me understand my hearing lose. He stated that the finance percent was 9.9 %. On 30 May I received letter from healtiplan, Comenity Capital Bank. To my surprise the interest rate is 32.99%. I will not go through this company, will use my own credit card to pay for balance owed to Miracle Ear. Wiil try and get a hold of Gene Saturday, 31 May, if they are opened, also plan on calling credit card company and close account. Maybe, I am jumping the gun, but your company should not be using this finance company that charges such a high rate. This is not helping seniors and individuals who trust your company. Recieved call from Gene , 31 May, about financing, Assured me that he did not know what happen and that i will not be going through this company. Also state Miracle Ear nationaly is on top of the problem. Will use my own credit card for financing. I would like to thank Gene for his prompt response to this matter. I was in a state of shock for a time, but all is good now. Look forward to picking up my ears and get fitted on Monday. Also called this company and closed account, they will be forwarded me a letter notify me of closure. Will update upon receipt of my new ears.. Thank you Gene for your help and understanding of my concerns. Set up appointment on Monday to pickup hearing aids. Everything went great, Gene was very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable about the hearing aids. I would recommend anyone to see Gene if they are considering to purchase hearing aids for first time, or if they are thinking of replacement. Gene took his time with me to explain all about the product. Set up follow up appointment next week to ensure ear buds (fine tune) are working properly... Once again, Gene, I am grateful for all you done for me...

  I have worn a hearing aid for over 30 years and have been to many fitters. Finding a skilled and patient fitter is key to anyone who needs to wear a hearing aid. Gene is understanding and works hard to adjust my hearing aids to my loss of hearing. It hasn't been easy. I recently upgraded to the newest in technology. Although I could understand speech better in most social situations, noisy environments like restaurants made me want to throw the hearing aid in the trash. Gene has made many adjustments until we agree that the sound better. My hearing isn't perfect but acceptable. Gene continues to work with me to find the best hearing possible.
