I don't understand why they made me wait for the "two people ahead of me" - literally nobody walked in or out of the consultation room for like 15 minutes. But right at 5:30 I could hear the woman I spoke to at the desk prompt the pharmacist to get the next person (me). Once I was called back, it was done in under 2 minutes. The one star is really because the vaccine was given really high up on my arm - normally I'd expect the injection to be a full inch lower. I'm grateful that I don't think any permanent damage was done to my shoulder joint, but the fact that it's even something I'm stressing about, in addition to possibly reduced vaccine effectiveness, will lead me to go elsewhere for future vaccinations.

I have gone to so many different pharmacies and want to pull my hair out trying to get ahold of anyone to talk to or actually get help but every time I call this pharmacy, I am always so pleased with the kindness and how helpful they are. Normally picking up and figuring out prescriptions is a dreaded task but this place makes it so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you!!
