  Got my COVID booster here last Thursday after work. I don't understand why they made me wait for the "two people ahead of me" - literally nobody walked in or out of the consultation room for like 15 minutes. But right at 5:30 I could hear the woman I spoke to at the desk prompt the pharmacist to get the next person (me). Once I was called back, it was done in under 2 minutes. The one star is really because the vaccine was given really high up on my arm - normally I'd expect the injection to be a full inch lower. I'm grateful that I don't think any permanent damage was done to my shoulder joint, but the fact that it's even something I'm stressing about, in addition to possibly reduced vaccine effectiveness, will lead me to go elsewhere for future vaccinations.

  I wanted to give special kudos to Lisa who works in the Lacey Fred Meyer Pharmacy because she provides the most outstanding customer service. I have gone to so many different pharmacies and want to pull my hair out trying to get ahold of anyone to talk to or actually get help but every time I call this pharmacy, I am always so pleased with the kindness and how helpful they are. Normally picking up and figuring out prescriptions is a dreaded task but this place makes it so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you!!

  I give 5 stars..I had an issue with a Tech that was very Rude, unprofessional, and unethical to the pointe I was going to file a formal complaint to the state pharmacy board.. However I called the next day and spoke to the pharmacy Manager of 19 years whose customer service, professionalism, compassion, and ethics were the best I've ever seen..I explained to him what happened, and he was very interested in the details of the behavior from the tech..He apologized and explained that Joann behavior was absolutely unacceptable and that what she told me was not correct Wich I already knew, and told me his plan to address her and hold her accountable.He looked up my info in the system and saw that everything was correct and said Joann should have released my prescription per my providers direction and notation.The pharmacist saw no issues and was apauled that after all that I still didn't get my prescription..He told me he would get it ready in about 20 mins it was almost 5pm closing time and I was about 10 minutes away, I called and asked him if he could wait a few more minutes so I could arrive..He said yes of course and waited for me..He then apologized again, took down some notes and assured me this will be addressed and the tech will be held accountable.I was really impressed with him..This is what makes a great manager...He truly truly cares about his customers, and will make things right if it was their mistake...He took full accountability for the techs behavior, didn't make excuses just offered solutions and apologies...I trust this pharmacist with my meds and my life..He truly cares and is extremely professional.If you ever have any issues ask for the pharmacy mgr he is outstanding..I was close to going to another pharmacy but because of his service I'll be staying here....Thank You V

  Been using Fred Meyer's Pharmacy for some time now. I moved a little further from Fred Meyers in Lacey but I continue to use them for my many many prescriptions. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and patient Everybody is very nice and helpful
