The Enumclaw office cancelled my appointment twice so I switched to Lacey, first appointment went well after much calling because they answer the new customer but not the existing customer phone line. My appointment today was made weeks ago but now cancelled two hours ahead of schedule because they don’t have my new hearing aids in. It is a two hour drive for me so after rearranging my schedule, another disappointment with Audio Nova. Poor planning!
