  Olivia is amazing! So patient and kind. She made everything easy for us, coordinating with insurance, purchases, and payments. The free demo pair was a very unexpected bonus and sealed the deal! Thank you Audio Nova and Olivia. They do free hearing exams too!

  The Audio Nova location in Lacey Wa is great, from the front desk to the audiologist, Olivia, the experience was wonderful. I got my first pair of Phonak hearing aids here. Olivia was great to work with, very thorough with teaching me how to use and care for them, very knowledgeable about the hearing aids and adjusting them to fit my lifestyle! The phone app is great! Would highly recommend this location for their subject matter expertise, wonderful and friendly customer service.

  Went there for a complimentary hearing test through my insurance? or not? I don’t remember, I just remember I didn’t have to pay. Olivia is a very professional and caring woman. She did several tests to get the proper results, I failed because I have tinittus. I was trying to get a better score than what I got at MEPS so I can join the military. Anyways, Olivia told me to go check with an ENT after she looked at my results to see if they can help me with a scan just in case I had a blockage on top of my ringing. I appreciate Olivia giving me useful advice and care. Thanks!

  Turned the hearing aids over for repair and didn't get them back until January. They said it was because of insurance issues but didn't receive any communication from them without us reaching out. Finally in November with a phone call from us and discussing about their lack of professionalism and empathy they decided to prioritize him. Hopefully we won't have to deal with them again.
