Long lines. Phone service does not recognize entries. Phone is picked up and then hung up a few seconds later without any words spoken.

I work in healthcare so I understand pharmacies deal with high demand and difficult people which is why I'm not giving this a 1 star. However, I can't get someone to answer the phone or take my call at this location to save my life. I always am immediately put on hold. I've made 4 attempts to talk to someone today. One of the times I tried calling, whoever answered didn't say anything and they immediately hung up the phone. I have a medication that requires I contact them to fill and I can't even do that, so now I have to physically go there so I can talk to someone and likely not even be able to pick it up today.

After a terrible experience at the Walgreens in Kirkland, I went to Safeway Pharmacy. The staff person there, Brook, was kind and made sure I had the correct medications to help me feel better. I will go there from now on. Thank you Safeway Pharmacy!

Almost always good customer service but just recently I've had a very frustrating time trying to pick up my prescription.
I dropped off my prescription on a Thursday and was told it would be ready in an hour or I could come back the next day.
So I came back Friday.
Again I was told I could wait an hour or come back Monday.
I waited an hour and came back.
Was told they wouldn't have it in stock until Monday.
I come back Monday and I'm told they are getting it ready and it'll be 20-30 minutes.
Why all the run-around?? Why couldn't they have just told me on *Thursday* they wouldn't have it til Monday? And why couldn't it have already been ready for me to pick up and me not have to wait even longer? The amount of time I wasted just standing in the Safeway Pharmacy line over the last few days was ridiculous and unnecessary.
