However, I can't get someone to answer the phone or take my call at this location to save my life. I always am immediately put on hold. I've made 4 attempts to talk to someone today. One of the times I tried calling, whoever answered didn't say anything and they immediately hung up the phone. I have a medication that requires I contact them to fill and I can't even do that, so now I have to physically go there so I can talk to someone and likely not even be able to pick it up today.

I dropped off my prescription on a Thursday and was told it would be ready in an hour or I could come back the next day. So I came back Friday. Again I was told I could wait an hour or come back Monday. I waited an hour and came back. Was told they wouldn't have it in stock until Monday. I come back Monday and I'm told they are getting it ready and it'll be 20-30 minutes. Why all the run-around?? Why couldn't they have just told me on *Thursday* they wouldn't have it til Monday? And why couldn't it have already been ready for me to pick up and me not have to wait even longer? The amount of time I wasted just standing in the Safeway Pharmacy line over the last few days was ridiculous and unnecessary.
