Transferred my prescriptions to this Safeway Pharmacy about 3 months ago (after CVS took over Bartells). So far, I couldn't be happier! They are friendly, prompt, and always on it. People often post only when things go wrong, but here's a vote for the exceptional service and teamwork by this Safeway crew.

Transferred my prescription to Safeway. Was told to give them 3 days to process it and they would contact me if they needed any more information. Gave it a full week, called, no answer. Left a VM and still haven’t heard anything!

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They cannot figure out how to communicate with patients about their prescriptions (is it ready? on order for next week? what is going on?) they misapplied a manufacturers coupon and insisted to me that it had been applied when I tried to push back and charged me $60 for a medication that should have been free, and they never seem to fill prescriptions from my doctor until I am chasing them down for the meds. I switched from Rite Aid several months ago and I miss them. Their system just worked and I didn't have to think about it. RIP Rite Aid.
