Wow!! Great service. Visited my doctor who prescribed some meds. 20 minutes later on my way home I get a message from the pharmacy - my meds are ready for pick up!! Don’t know how it can get better. Great team at pharmacy on 85th in Kirkland.

I know the folks that work here are very busy but they always take the time to answer my questions, help me with refills, figure out insurance — whatever I need. So warm and kind. Liana and her team are the best. Thank you!!!

I very rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was so frustrating that I hope it helps others. I’ve used this pharmacy for years and loved it until today. My doctor placed an order for Suprep, but the pharmacy didn't have it on file. I called the doctor; they sent it again. I showed up, and the pharmacy still didn't have it. After my doctor called the pharmacy directly, I was told it would be ready within the hour. I showed up for the third time at 1:30 PM. While serving other customers, two staff members very rudely announced they were leaving for lunch and I’d have to wait 30 minutes. I understand I should have checked the lunch hours, but this was my third trip and Suprep is time-sensitive; you have to take it at a specific time before a procedure. I tried to explain this, but the two women were extremely rude and essentially yelled at me. After all these years, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I transferred from Bartels so I would expect a few hiccups, but Safeway is a challenge. First the pharmacy is understaffed, wait times are very long, the info on the app is not accurate. According to the pharmacist they only get shipments for my medication on Tuesday so if you order a refill Wednesday through Monday you will not get your prescription until Tuesday, that is just how it is. If you need your medication before Tuesday you are out of luck. When I asked what I can do so I get my medication In a when needed, I was told you can’t really do anything. But I wonder if auto renewal might help, I don’t know what to do, help is lacking….:(
