    As a new customer, it has been difficult to get my prescriptions filled. I did not have those issues from my previous pharmacy which closed. They were able to put me in que to have quanties ready on their due date. As of now I'm a week behind on a very important one from the rest that are due at the same time. Plus another trip and long lines. I hope it gets better soon.

    Only use it a couple times. It wasn't crowded and pleasant no problem. The Safeway near where I live in Juanita is always swamped it's that kind of a too busy for me place

    The staff is extremely rude here. I called the pharmacy and was told that I could walk-in for flu shots. I walked-in atleast an hour before and I was turned down twice stating that they need to monitor for 15 mins!! I was an hour early both the times. I am pregnant and wanting to get flu shots asap but the staff here is so rude and don’t care. They just keep turning you down with very lame excuses.

    Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. It has been over a week and my mom’s diabetes medication is still not ready. Every single day, they keep saying “it’s not ready, come back tomorrow.” These medications are very important for her health, and because of this delay, her condition got worse — she even had to go to the hospital. This kind of negligence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable, especially for patients with serious conditions. Please improve your communication and prioritize patients’ essential medications.

    Just when you thought that Rite Aid service was bad. Understaffed, rude staff, disorganized. They never respond back on a the prescription refills.
