  The best studio ran by the best instructors turned owners! The entire team supports each client from the moment they walk in the door. The studio is warm and inviting. Everyone in the studio feels like family, you can really feel the love in the classes.

  barre3 Kirkland has quickly become my absolute favorite place to go. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how warm and welcoming the atmosphere is, it is truly unlike any other workout studio I’ve ever attended. The instructors truly care and always take the time to check in with you and provide modifications. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and happier than when I walked in. It’s become such a positive part of my routine, and I can’t recommend it enough!

  I’ve been going to this barre studio for about a month now, and I absolutely love it! The instructors are all so welcoming and sweet. They make every class feel comfortable and fun. At first, I thought barre might be a bit static or slow-paced, but it’s actually full of energy! I love that there’s such a great variety of class types and lengths, so I can always pick something that fits my mood or schedule. After doing a more strength-focused class one day, it feels amazing to take a mindful flow the next and really recover. Overall, I’m super satisfied and excited to keep going. It’s become one of my favorite parts of the week!

  After rapid weight loss, I experienced a lot of muscle mass loss. My doctor recommended finding a workout routine that included resistance training and that I liked enough to stick to. Barre3 proved to be just that! After 7 months of becoming a member, I have gained all lost muscle weight back and had incredible FUN while at it. Not only has Barre3 Kirkland provided effective and balanced workouts in multiple modalities, it has gifted me with an incredible community of generous, gracious, and caring individuals that make my days whole. I cant stop raving about this place!

  I have been coming to barre3 in Kirkland for the last 6 years. I love all the instructors who readily offer their encouragement and modifications. Music is fun and energetic and instructors also create a bit of space for mindfulness and breath, something we all need. Highly recommend!
