I made the mistake of getting my meds filled at this pharmacy when CVS was closed. I’m not sure if Sunday mornings are a peak rush time or what, but i was on hold for like 40 minutes (listening to the ads drone on… it’s so tacky that they advertise to you while making you wait forever to even speak to someone). Finally I reached someone with and quickly got my answer, but she was so curt and short with her responses (only yes/no answers) and cut me off multiple times. I understand workers getting stressed by how much they’re being overworked, but y’all see the prices in this store?! The audacity of Safeway as a company to rake in exorbitant profit, yet be so greedy as to hire as few employees as possible. And for the few bucks the suits save, the customers and employees alike are left miserable.

If I could give this a zero star I absolutely would. Every call you make gets instantly transferred to hold, every time I go in because they say it’s ready-I’m waiting an extra 40 when I get there, it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had such a hard time picking up the meds I need daily. Frustrating as a whole. Wouldn’t be leaving this review had yall answered your phone.
