WORST PHARMACY IN KENT DON'T GO HERE. I put in a prescription refill request. A couple days go by. I have an appointment with my doctor and I asked if they had sent the refill prescription in and they said yes, give it a couple days for them to fill it. So I wait a couple days by then it's Friday. I call the Safeway pharmacy and they tell me they don't have it. I insist that my doctor says yes ,you do, they told me to my face that they sent it to you. The pharmacy staff did not offer to double-check, they did not offer to call my doctor, they did not offer anything to try to resolve this issue. The only thing they did was continued to parrot back we don't have it, we don't have it. This is not the first time that this has happened; my doctor has sent in refills before and the pharmacy claims to not have received it, despite assurances from my doctor office that they did. I spoke with a technician and a supervisor and neither of them helped me at all. This happened on Friday April 3rd at 10:30 a.m. in case anyone is reading this and would like to actually hold these people accountable for not doing their job. If you have supposedly faxed the refill request to the doctor's office multiple times and you haven't heard anything, shouldn't you at some point just call the doctor? I as a patient shouldn't have to be troubleshooting communication issues between the pharmacy and the doctor. I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere, and I will be taking all the dollars that I spent on my groceries to that other location. I don't know if this is a personnel problem, or a management problem that they are understaffed and unable to properly handle customer service, or both. Either way, it's not acceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

by choosing not to have proper staff at night, not only are most doordash orders late, but Safeway drops deliver driver pay to a fraction of state required minimum wage.

I moved to Spanaway. But I will drive 45 minutes to use the pharmacy at Safeway. The staffed at the pharmacy is so helpful and I never have an issue getting my prescriptions.

I go to a lot of pharmacies because of insurance company shenanigans, but the pharmacists at this Safeway always have my back. I love working with them.

I have been in this pharmacy for years , and I have never had any problems with the prescriptions and staffs until yesterday evening My mother got treat very bad. The girl who had left nose piercings and long nails . I don’t know her name so I use the description. She keeps insisting on medication not ready without rechecking my mother full name and date of birth . I came in to help her. The pharmacist in the back asking us if we were bing helped. I told the pharmacist that we need to pick up medication. So pharmacist asked the assistant. She said it is not ready. I showed the notice that medication is ready for picking up. I can tell the girl face getting red. She got called out. She walked to back getting medication but wrong medication again. So she slammed the medication in front of us. Then she asked my mother the name and DOB again. So I just gave her the ID. I heard she mumbling that wrong DOB . So she did not recheck the name and DOB when she putting on the computer at the beginning. We would feel better at the moment if she just be honest with her supervisor and us. She made excuse without staying focus on her task. She is unprofessional, bad attitude, mannerless, rudeness. I can’t believe that behavior exist in that pharmacy because all the staffs there are so nice, helpful and professional.
