I’m not sure if Sunday mornings are a peak rush time or what, but i was on hold for like 40 minutes (listening to the ads drone on… it’s so tacky that they advertise to you while making you wait forever to even speak to someone). Finally I reached someone with and quickly got my answer, but she was so curt and short with her responses (only yes/no answers) and cut me off multiple times. I understand workers getting stressed by how much they’re being overworked, but y’all see the prices in this store?! The audacity of Safeway as a company to rake in exorbitant profit, yet be so greedy as to hire as few employees as possible. And for the few bucks the suits save, the customers and employees alike are left miserable.
