I have been in this pharmacy for years , and I have never had any problems with the prescriptions and staffs until yesterday evening
My mother got treat very bad. The girl who had left nose piercings and long nails . I don’t know her name so I use the description. She keeps insisting on medication not ready without rechecking my mother full name and date of birth .
I came in to help her. The pharmacist in the back asking us if we were bing helped. I told the pharmacist that we need to pick up medication. So pharmacist asked the assistant. She said it is not ready. I showed the notice that medication is ready for picking up.
I can tell the girl face getting red. She got called out. She walked to back getting medication but wrong medication again. So she slammed the medication in front of us. Then she asked my mother the name and DOB again. So I just gave her the ID.
I heard she mumbling that wrong DOB . So she did not recheck the name and DOB when she putting on the computer at the beginning.
We would feel better at the moment if she just be honest with her supervisor and us. She made excuse without staying focus on her task.
She is unprofessional, bad attitude, mannerless, rudeness. I can’t believe that behavior exist in that pharmacy because all the staffs there are so nice, helpful and professional.

Today, Thanksgiving, my wife is home with 6 broken ribs, a punctured lung, and organ shock, suffering intensely with no pain medication because the pharmacist chose to refuse to fill the pain medication (when there were options available to supersede the pre-auth requirement for the additional 2 pills per day) prescribed by her pain management specialist - a published expert in addiction. I, a 72 year old Boeing retiree, was treated like a JUNKIE by the pharmacist and humiliated in front of a line of pharmacy customers. They punished my wife because I happened to be unshaven, having been back and forth to the ER and critical care focusing on my wife for a week prior to my her arrival home, and apparently I look like I’m a drug addict to them; so my wife deserves to suffer and risk further, possibly permanent injuries? If the pharmacist wants to treat people maybe she should go back to school and get an MD license, although I’d hate to be one of her patients given her lack of empathy and judgement of character. Anyone know of a pharmacy run by a pharmacist who DOESN’T treat their customers under pain management like junkies and criminals?

Today I took my son to get his prescription refilled, my son has a special condition and a few months ago had a stroke and he can’t stand for long periods of time due to half of his body being disabled. There was a line of 5 people and we lined up to the cashier that had a handicapped sign and we were told that we had to stand in line to be attended even though my son was clearly disabled! I think the workers there should be more educated on the needs of people with disabilities, my son is young but is still disabled and again can’t stand for long periods of time, we were waiting for around 15 minutes.
other people would cut line but would not be told anything.
