- ACAndrea ColemanNov 12, 20251.0Worst pharmacy ever....I have been using this one for almost 4 years now and it has slowly been going downhill. First off, 98% of the people who work here are extremely rude. They talk with attitudes, rush you and act annoyed that you are there (ESPECIALLY THE MEN). I also stopped receiving my text alerts and have asked multiple times for them to fix the issue. They always say I should be getting them because it is marked and when I say I am not and have not for almost a year no one helps me they all just say "oh weird". This last week my dr sent in a new prescription because insurance stopped covering the one I was on (which no one bothered to contact me on until I went to pick it up)...I got a call from my drs office saying insurance had approved the new prescription and it should be ready at the pharmacy that day. I ended up going two days later to pick it up thinking they definitely should have had enough time to fill it. Went to the window and the guy tried giving me the one insurance wont cover. I explained to him that I told the lady earlier that week that I couldn't afford that one without insurance covering some of it and wasn't getting it and told him which one I was supposed to get instead. He looks at the computer and says it needs pre-approval from insurance so I explained the drs already got that and called me to tell me we had the go ahead so he looked at the computer again and came back with "ooh yeah, here it is. I can have this filled for you in about 30-40min". I went back about 2 hours later and was informed from another person that they dont even have it in stock and wont until the end of the month. I asked why the guy earlier didnt check that beforehand and why did no one call me afterwards to inform me of that and all i got in response was "sorry for the inconvenience". None of them seem to know how to properly do their jobs and definitely need some more training on how to do their jobs as well as people skills. I understand things happen but that is what PROPER COMMUNICATION is for. It really isn't that hard to make sure they have the prescription in stock BEFORE telling me to come back in a little wasting what little free time I have in my busy schedule. Definitely time to find a new and more reliable pharmacy.

The staff there are extremely rude and unprofessional, with no understanding of proper customer service. Every time I pick up her medication, they fail to provide clear explanations and often don't answer the questions I ask. It's been very disappointing, and I hope to find a better pharmacy soon to switch to.
