- JWjessie whitson2 days ago4.0For the most part, this pharmacy has been amazing. I've been using them for several years now. And only had a few hiccups With things not being communicated well between doctor and pharmacy, between pharmacy and insurance communication. And I've only had a few issues with things being out of stock I have never had issues with people being rude to me at this location the people here have been nothing but cool.Calm and collect, other than they were very upset and flustered after the previous person in line in front of me screemed at them , chances are and has everything to do with the doctor's office and the insurance company.None of them .they are extremely busy. And understaffed, which could be part of the reason why people feel like they're not getting the right customer service.
- IIImeldaFeb 1, 20261.0I transfer my medication to this pharmacy and I went there to pick up last Friday, I need to get my shingles second shot and I ask the pharmacist if In can get it and he told me to come back the next day because they close at 8pm and I was there at 7pm, I’m not happy with this location and I’m not coming back, I will go to another pharmacy because Fred Mayer doesn’t care for the costumers.

The last conversation I had with the woman who is working today was a whole conversation about how I received a partial fill and asking if I can pick up the rest here. I came here today just for her to tell me that I have to go over there. Nobody here or there knows what they’re doing.
