- PDPaul DemossApr 5, 20261.0I confirmed that they took my insurance and scheduled an appointment because I was in need of a new prescription so I could re order contacts. Upon arriving I was informed that I was going to owe $173 AFTER insurance. They told me it was for tests that insurance does not cover, I told them I didnt want those tests and they said it was a requirement for that office. I was too low on contacts to reschedule elsewhere at this point. In the end they charged $415, my portion ended up being $173. You can get the same thing from a provider at Costco, with no insurance, for $135. Would not recommend.
