  I rushed in early because I needed to use the restroom, and I had forgotten if a urine specimen was part of my lab work. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't tell me until my time; so I had to hold it for another 30 minutes, just to find out it was not necessary. Besides this, the staff was kind and quickly took car of me. Isaiah was great to work with and does great work. Thank you!

  It seems like I am not the only one experiencing this and that is the problem. There is no reason to make an appointment when you still have to sit in the lobby for over an hour. If possible I would absolutely recommend using another company for blood draws.
