She has tried to stay in her apartment and with the Home Instead helper, Elizabeth, who comes in to help her bathe, file her nails, do some cleaning and have conversations with her, she has been able to. Elizabeth is wonderful with Mom. She is compassionate and considerate and Mom adores her. It is now time to move Mom to a place with 24 hour care, so we contacted Home Instead for their recommendation. Nicki and Kaitlyn have been very helpful. Through them, we found a fabulous place for Mom. We are so THANKFUL!!! Without Nicki's help, we would have been lost. Thank you Nicki, your guidance and knowledge is incomparable! I recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of help at home.
