  I wish I could put negative stars. This was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been going to this pharmacy since nine years old and the new team they have has been nothing but disrespectful on the phone hang up on people and then claim that they did not receive prescriptions until shown up in person. Then said insurance was non-active just to have an insurance representative. Call them to make sure that they do see that my insurance is active on top of that thrown meds onto the counter and told yup instead of telling me when the prescriptions were ready the pharmacist only went to check to see if they were ready after I stood back in line for the third time Told me that the pills would be ready in 20 minutes, was sitting in the pharmacy area for about an hour this was absolutely ridiculous. The pharmacist had an attitude. Nobody wanted to answer the phone and when they did answer the phone, it’s nothing but attitude they don’t love their jobs enough. They maybe should go find another one and find somebody that has better customer service skills because this is ridiculous

  Been with them for over two years and find them extremely proficient & professional. They send reminders for refills, and are always friendly and courteous. I especially like their time saving drive up window. I plan to stay with Fred Meters for a long, long time! 👍💕

  I’ve had mainly good experiences here, way better than Walgreens! The drive up service is terrible. You’ll be the only car waiting and it takes longer than 5 mins to even be acknowledged and it’s just for someone to say they’ll be with you shortly.You can see that there is no one checking out at the registers either. In my opinion they need to hire people to work at the registers and window.

  One of the pharmacists racially profiled and discriminated against me. I was a customer for the majority of my life but they’ve lost my business and respect in general.
