StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Tri-Cities offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

    StretchLab Kennewick is such a great place. From start to finish, the experience was easy and welcoming. My stretch therapist, Andrew, was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I left feeling better than ever, especially since I usually have tight hamstrings. I felt better and more energized when I left. Kelli, the owner, is so kind and passionate about helping people feel their best. Sarah at the front desk was wonderful too and even shared her own experience about how StretchLab has helped her. The whole team truly cares about helping you feel better. I’ll definitely be back.

    Today my husband and I had upper and lower body stretching done by Tia and ooolala it was great. Our bodies felt so great that we want to do a stretch weekly. Tia is knowledgeable in how she works your body and has the strength to do it. We appreciate having Stretch Lab here in Kennewick.
