StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Tri-Cities offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- MGMichael GarzaFeb 17, 20265.0I met Kelli at the Tri-City Family expo and she invited me to come and get a stretch session in. I booked it and got scheduled with Ryan. Ryan was so professional. He did a good job of making me feel comfortable. He also did a great job coaching me through the experience. I didn’t realize how tight my lower body was. I left feeling so good. I highly recommend everyone go get stretched at least once. You have to try it!

My stretch therapist, Andrew, was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I left feeling better than ever, especially since I usually have tight hamstrings. I felt better and more energized when I left. Kelli, the owner, is so kind and passionate about helping people feel their best. Sarah at the front desk was wonderful too and even shared her own experience about how StretchLab has helped her. The whole team truly cares about helping you feel better. I’ll definitely be back.
