She was patient and kind with him; they sat on a bench, talking and watching the river for a long time before continuing on their walk. She never once rushed him or seemed to lose her patience when he repeated himself. She was not aware that I was watching them, and it was just a genuine moment of respect, trust, and love between a senior and his companion. I am telling you, watching her work with him was beautiful. As a professional in the senior industry, I've always had the utmost respect for Roy, the owner of Home Instead, and his entire team (you're amazing, Tammy!); seeing this moment is a testament to the way Home Instead approaches In Home Care. The Tri Cities is lucky to have Roy and his team.

After I submitted an application, I was immediately texted and asked to set up an interview. I then received two other text messages confirming the date and time only to have Home Instead "no show" to the interview. I reached out twice to see if something had happened and they needed to reschedule, but I didn't get any response at all. None. If this is how they deal with people they don't know, it makes me cringe to think about how they deal with their clients/customers.
