  I’ve had mainly good experiences here, way better than Walgreens! The drive up service is terrible. You’ll be the only car waiting and it takes longer than 5 mins to even be acknowledged and it’s just for someone to say they’ll be with you shortly.You can see that there is no one checking out at the registers either. In my opinion they need to hire people to work at the registers and window.

  One of the pharmacists racially profiled and discriminated against me. I was a customer for the majority of my life but they’ve lost my business and respect in general.

  Let me list the top 5 things wrong with the Kennewick Fred Meyer pharmacy. 1. Incompetence 2. Incompetence 3. Incompetence 4. Incompetence 5. Incompetence That pretty much sums it up, plenty of pharmacy's in this area and I strongly suggest you pick any other one.

  This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service is horrible, absolutely atrocious. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Save your time, money, and energy and please go to a different pharmacy. Every time is a hassle due to their negligent staff. Late prescriptions, closing early and opening late. Unwilling to work with you. Extremely long wait time, when many workers are there, with zero assistance or even recognition that you have been waiting. None of them know how to work fast paced and do their job efficiently. I am extremely disappointed and will be going to another pharmacy from here on out. That being said, I love the actual store. All of the staff are friendly, prices are good, and nice selection. Wish the pharmacy was better so I didn't have to go elsewhere.
