It is very slow, if you need to go this pharmacy be sure that you have at least an hour or more to spend.

Pharmacists should specify which prescription they’re filling for you before they fill the wrong one and say it’s your fault because “you didn’t specify”. I don’t know what’s on your computer, I don’t know what you’re looking at, all I know is what prescription I’m getting, so if there’s one on that computer that I don’t know about how is it my fault for not “specifying” if I didn’t even know it was on my list of active prescriptions especially considering I hadn’t had it filled for a couple months since I stopped taking it. Also just telling a customer that they didn’t specify is poor customer service, you could’ve just said oops let’s take care of that and move on instead of trying to shame or guilt me for not asking about something I didn’t know about

I know they work really hard and probably put up with irate , nasty customers but it’s a pity they have to be so curt and gruff to everyone. I’m a nurse with pretty complex medical problems due to ruining my back on the job and raising my medically fragile disabled daughter. They treat me nasty when I try to get my meds on time as if they’re judging me as an addict this last time because I was prescribed anti-anxiety meds after I found out my daughter is dying. I just wish they would be kind.
