StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Issaquah offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- JWJenny Wipprecht3 days ago1.0Beware of contracting policies at this studio! I canceled my membership December of 2025 (in writing) and was charged again March of 2026. The studio will not refund so just be careful entering into any contracts with this business. Of note, the studio was asking me repeatedly to come back and use sessions until I posted this review, so the owner's response is interesting. I encourage everyone thinking of joining to check out Yelp and reddit reviews..
- KBK BFeb 27, 20261.0Did not help at all. "Technicians" go through some basic training and work from a script. Then you get bombarded by emails and calls for months despite unsubscribing multiple times. Avoid!

I used to get monthly deep tissue massage for my lower back, but since I've been going to stretchlab, I've eliminated the need for deep tissue massage altogether. I'm a big fan of Stretchlab and I'll keep going for the rest of my life. I highly recommend it!
