  ZERO stars is what this place deserves. DO NOT GO HERE if you can have your draw elsewhere. My son has had 2 consecutive terrible experiences here. Last week, went in for the first appointment of the day and waited 55 min for the draw b/c the tech couldn't figure out how to enter in the standing lab order. Then, find out afterward that the BLOOD SAMPLE was LOST and not processed!!!! So, he goes in a couple days ago to repeat this lab draw, only to have them NOT RUN ALL THE TESTS on the order - they just chose one of them for some reason. UGH!!!! And this was after a FULL HOUR's wait (with an appointment). This place needs BETTER TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES and better MANAGEMENT. STAY AWAY!!!

  DO NOT UTILIZE QUEST. They charged more than double the cost for a blood test that other labs around the country charge. I was paying out of pocket. It seems they over inflate their price expecting its simply going to be an insurance pay. I will NEVER be utilizing them again - this was my first and last experience with them. From there reviews it appears there are many who have had the same negative experience.

  I have gone twice and each time it was a different person. Both times I was treated well and had nice conversations with the employees. They were quick painless and efficient.

  The nurse on duty was so rude to my daughter that she was in tears. My daughter is sick and does not deserve to have her nurse degrade her & roll her eyes. We will NEVER return to Quest.
