  Hidden fees at all turns. The Dr came out into the showroom to scold us for using a primary and secondary insurance and embarrassed us in front of staff and clients by telling us that our insurance is literally for people who have nothing, making us look like we were scammers. I booked 4 eye exams. We have 2 insurances, and I still spent over $300 with no glasses or contacts to show for it. And then they pressure you to buy their overpriced frames and lenses that insurance doesn’t cover. They ran my credit card 3 different times with 3 different amounts for my 2 children’s exams on the same day!

  Came here for the first time and will say that this was the best experience I've had at an optometrist and shopping for glasses. Dr. Kim was absolutely wonderful, kind, and personable. The front desk was friendly and attentive. I worked with Katie after my eye exam to pick out some glasses. She was sweet, funny, and very helpful. There was even an incident, while I was there, where somebody came in and stole multiple glasses that were on display. But everyone there stayed extremely professional and handled the situation with ease. Highly recommend for eye exams and/or shopping for glasses!
