Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I’ve been wanting to write a nice long review for Barre3 Issaquah Highlands (definitely one of my happy places) forever, and a few days before the new year feels like the perfect time to finally do it.
First off, ALL the instructors at this location are amazing. Each one brings great energy to class and has their own unique strengths. I truly appreciate every single one of them and all that they’ve taught me over the past year or so.
The community is wonderful too. I love the quarterly book clubs (and there’s even a little community library with some great reads).
And finally, the basics: the studio itself is clean, bright, and airy, and they offer a free towel service as well, which is such a thoughtful touch.
Oh, and the play lounge is so great as well! It’s such an incredible service for parents who want to work out while knowing their child is in a friendly, creative space.
A big THANK YOU to everyone at Barre3 Issaquah Highlands. This past year has been so fulfilling, and I hope 2026 brings many more workouts. 💛

I’m so grateful for this barre studio! Every single staff member is so kind, supportive, and encouraging. It’s in the Highlands, tucked away on the edge of a quiet neighborhood, so you get tons of natural light and a peaceful, cozy vibe. It’s such a warm and welcoming place to move and recharge.
I look forward to my classes here every week. Each instructor brings something special to their class. Jaime’s always kicks my butt and has a lot of classic barre elements, Jordan is like a real-life Disney princess with her sweet, bubbly energy and fun, challenging workouts, and Marcelle is an incredible new instructor who always helps me improve and explains the “why” behind each movement.
I highly recommend barre3 in Issaquah!

barre3 Issaquah is the posterchild of what a gym space should be. Jamie has created such a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to persist and grow their muscular and aerobic capacity. The instructors are competent, encouraging and fantastic at drawing you in. The physical space is spotless and full of light. I recently celebrated my 1400th class at this gym and well on my way to hit 1500 classes! If you are looking to building an exercise routine and need a supportive place and community to help you stay the course, then look no further than barre3 Issaquah.

Annika has incredible energy and stamina! She helped me make an adjustment in my technique during an exercise with the ball and it made a significant difference. I truly appreciate that so I can get the best out of the class for my body. The workout had a great mix of deep muscle work, strength & stretching with a fun upbeat choice of music. Looking forward to the next class with Annika!
