Workers are not informed about WIC and were very rude about it. Absolutely anyone who works in a grocery store should automatically be trained on WIC. I have never been to a pharmacy or a store that didn’t know what WIC is. It was extremely embarrassing.

The pharmacist who gave me a flu shot today injected it too high. The shot should be given 2 to 3 fingers below the acromium process of the shoulder. She gave it only 1 finger breadth below and it felt like she hit a nerve. This is an issue that I have encountered at other pharmacies and there is a lot of discussion about it online, esp since COVID as a lot of immunizations are now being given outside of hospitals and Dr's offices. Three or four years ago I had to go through several weeks of PT for a very stiff left shoulder. I don't know if it was connected to immunizations but I don't want to go through that again. Please have the pharmacy manager review proper injection technique with staff who give shots. This is a very preventable problem. Thank you.
