My prescription was sent in on Wednesday and I got a notice on Thursday that it was ready. I went to the pharmacy on Friday to pick it up but the line was very long, so I left. On Saturday, I came to pick up my prescription on the way to the airport. There were two people in line, so I waited...20 minutes! When I finally got to the counter, the pharmacist appeared confused and then told me that only one of my medications was ready...after 3 freaking days! She wandered around, looking for the medication and I just told her not to bother, since I was going to have to come back, anyway. I will be transferring my prescriptions!
3 November 2025 Update: Yes, it is time to change pharmacies. I called at 10:02 today to refill a prescription and was told that it would be ready within 2 hours. I arrived to pick it up at 12:30 and, after waiting 10 minutes in line, was told that it wasn't ready. When I said that I was told.that it would be ready by now, the replay was, "Well, it's Monday."
Additionally, the reply to my previous complaint told me to go to their Contact Us page but didn't tell me where that was. That's helpful customer service?

Stood at the counter for over 10 min, while 2 employees ignored my presence. Female emoyee finally came over, asked what I needed, explained I needed my childs prescription transferred from another pharmacy and filled. She was visible annoyed, she asked why the other pharmacy couldn't help, I explained why, she then took the prescription from me, and said, " wish me luck". I asked if she was able to help fill the prescription, she said yes but the other pharmacy will put me on hold. I asked again if filling the prescription was possible, and she snapped back at me, yes but it won't be easy. I told her I would go elsewhere, sense it was too much work, and asked for my prescription back. She said she was trying to help me...but obviously not! When a mother has a sick kid and simply needs a prescription filled the last thing she wants is to be, ignored, then treated like a burden or an inconvenience. I was disgusted by how I was treated by this lady and will never do business or recommend this pharmacy. Thankfully by the time I walked back to me car I was able to call another local pharmacy and get everything handled without any attitude.
