I went to the pharmacy on Friday to pick it up but the line was very long, so I left. On Saturday, I came to pick up my prescription on the way to the airport. There were two people in line, so I waited...20 minutes! When I finally got to the counter, the pharmacist appeared confused and then told me that only one of my medications was ready...after 3 freaking days! She wandered around, looking for the medication and I just told her not to bother, since I was going to have to come back, anyway. I will be transferring my prescriptions! 3 November 2025 Update: Yes, it is time to change pharmacies. I called at 10:02 today to refill a prescription and was told that it would be ready within 2 hours. I arrived to pick it up at 12:30 and, after waiting 10 minutes in line, was told that it wasn't ready. When I said that I was told.that it would be ready by now, the replay was, "Well, it's Monday." Additionally, the reply to my previous complaint told me to go to their Contact Us page but didn't tell me where that was. That's helpful customer service?
