The pharmacist couldn't make promises but nonetheless, filled what I needed in good time for my needs. I found this pharmacy both competent and considerate.

He does not answer question, what is worse, hangs up the call claiming that he does not have time for patients. He loses his temper quite easily. If he is unhappy working in retail perhaps he shouldn’t be a health care provider. Furthermore he flat out admits that he is not up to date with the current guideline therefore refuses to do his job. Wow.

Apparently she feels more qualified than my doctor to determine if I need my third booster shot or not. Since when do administrative support people at the grocery store get to override a doctors order?
