  so far.. not impressed. There is no receptionist. I couldn't make an appointment on the check in screen. I just wanted to pick up and test kit and make an appointment. There is no way of knowing when they will be busy and even with an appointment, you can wait up to an hour. I suspect it's sometimes great and sometimes not. I didn't call on them at good time for my need. :)

  I LOVED MY PHLEBOTOMIST SHE NEEDS A RAISE. she kept me safe and comfortable i didn’t even have a bruise after and she took care of me and made sure she found a vain. she kept talking to me to get my mind off of the blood draw i think her name is renae

  It was wonderful to arrive and the lobby was quiet and practically empty! One man in front of me went through quickly, and my turn was similarly short and I was done. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. But the most important thing is that I never once had to use that infernal contraption from hell- the notorious Quest kiosk. I HATED USING THAT KIOSK. My doctor requested these tests months ago but I wasn't looking forward to going to Quest and being grilled by that machine asking confusing and irrelevant questions. Thank you for updating your system and allowing us to use the simple and clear app to sign in!
