This last time an employee accidentally cracked the lense while adjusting my sunglasses. The employee was adamant she did not cause the damage (no longer working at Tacoma location to my knowledge) Jule manages both of these locations and she handled everything so professionally and efficiently. She went above and beyond and had Phil waiting with a brand new pair that day. Phil was also very professional and kind. I beyond impressed with her effort to maintain excellent customer service.
