Over the weekend, she dropped her glasses, a lens popped out, and the piece of what looks like fishing line holding it in place had broken. We took them in on a Sunday. They got right to them and got them back the next day. When we went to pick them up, they didn't just hand them to us; they wanted to be sure the fit was correct and everything adjusted as it should be before letting us out the door. Nice people, quick service and an impressive selection of frames. VERY pleased we chose to do business with them!
