    Was told I could get my RX in 20-39 minutes. I could not wait. I said I will have to come back tomorrow morning. Came back at 10:30 the next morning and was told it wouldn’t be ready until after 2:00! Customer service has been lost. Who has time to go to and from Fred Meyer 3 times in less than 24 hours? I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.. Not convinced it will be any better but worth a try!

    I called to have a prescription transferred to them on the 1st since my insurance wasnt accepted at CVS. The lady on the phone said she would get to it but she sounded confused if that was her job to call or if CVS was supposed to call them. I went in person to make sure it was being worked on and they assured me it was. I waited a couple days and decided to try their online portal and that still didnt get me anywhere. Ive tried three different methods to have a RX transferred to them and neither work. I guess I'll have to cross my fingers for walgreens because this is too long to go without my inhaler.

    Very rude! Wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy is a complete joke. The guy that answers the phone is very rude, who ever hired him needs to be evaluated! Buddy struggles to be nice when you ask if your prescription is ready, very challenging task for him.

    The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacys, if I could give a zero I certainly would, they have been trying to "sync" my prescriptions for over two years, so I can pick up once a month in stead of multiple times a month, worst cluster F I've ever come across, leave it to fred meyer to make everything harder than it should be. Only sticking out because I have to...if you have a choice go elsewhere
