  Great doctor but do not not buy glasses they will not guarantee your purchase and put the blame on the client not the manufacturer. I will going to Costco for my glasses going forward.

  I absolutely cannot recommend them enough! Every single person that was there (not just the ones I saw for my appointment but every person we encountered in the building) was so kind and friendly and had a sense of humor too! The care was amazing as well, very thorough and I never felt rushed or like I was just an annoying customer or anything. The exams were very thorough and all the explanations for everything were so easy to understand and I was given plenty of time and opportunities to ask questions. I hadn't gotten my eyes checked in a decade and was so anxious about it all and I was stressing over thinking I'd get scolded or given one of those disappointed dr looks for not taking care of my eyes for so long but instead they were so understanding and encouraging and they were genuinely happy that they could be making my quality of life improve by doing what they were doing. Also so so patient and helpful and very enthusiastic about helping me choose frames and the options I had for everything. Literally had like 20-30 pairs she picked for me and she encouraged me to try on everything and try them on over and over if I felt like it and she gave honest opinions and explained ways to go about finding what fit my face best. Seriously amazing. Also no where near as expensive as I had been prepared for this to be with how bad my eyesight is!

  I recently had my eye exam done at the clinic. Everyone was great and helped me throughout the process except one optician- she has colored hair. Don’t remember her name. My prescription glasses were way off and she was not able to fix it despite several attempts and when I mentioned my lashes are hitting the glass lenses while I blink . Instead of fixing it seriously she told me you can cut your lashes. Seriously this is how you treat or help your customers!!! Very disappointed.

  So happy I found this place! The doctors and staff are amazing and easy to talk to. I really appreciated that they took the time to give me personalized recommendations rather than just rushing through the exam. Also, their tech is state-of-the-art - even better than my old place in Bellevue! And they know how to be efficient in the right ways; they had all my insurance info ready for new frames before I even walked out of the exam room. It made the whole visit stress-free

  Found out why one eye wasn't seeing well. Good to know what it was. Was recommended drops. And was glad to be able to use frames I had for my new glasses. Just paid for lenses.
