This is a terrible pharmacy! The main pharmacist is rude! And rude to her employees! I heard her yell at one of the other worker and it wasn't right.

0 stars if possible. The lady pharmacist is so rude and constantly questions prescriptions your DOCTOR prescribes, and will even refuse to fill them as she sees fit. Not sure what credentials she has in the country she came from, but here you are JUST a pharmacist and it’s your job to FILL prescriptions that DOCTORS prescribe to their patients. Get off your high horse and do your job! I will never use them again.

Very quick, accurate, and I can pick up groceries while I’m there. The pharmacists here have been more reliable and friendly than the place I was at previously. Highly recommend.
I do sometimes have to wait in line, especially if I’m there during the after work rush, between 5 and 7 PM, but at most it is 10 minutes, very reasonable.

You can tell the pharmacist and assistants from Bartell had to come here. Terrible customer service! They hang up on you. You get texts that your prescription "should be ready by" date and there is nothing ready. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and placed my insulin order over a week ago, 8 days later nothing.

I've read all the reviews complaining about the lines as well as the attitude of people behind the counter
Please remember that 1 this is the only pharmacy in our area and no the CVC (old barrels ) dose not count! If you want to complain , try that one and then get back to me on waiting and messed up orders
And 2 you get what you give !!!! Simply I've stood in this line more than any one . And the one thing I see are people upset they had to wait for 5 minutes or whose prescriptions are not done!!! Treat these people with kindness and respect and see what you get back! Plain and simple. Remember these are kids for the most part at this counter trying to help YOU !!
Be patient, these guys are doing the best they can being short staffed and with all the BS regulations they have to follow! Just be kind
