Safeway Pharmacy is excellent! The service is always professional, friendly, and efficient. I especially want to thank Alex, who administered my vaccine. The process was quick, smooth, and completely painless. Alex was very kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can truly see that he cares about his patients. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I was visiting the U.S. and needed to pick up some medication. Alex was very helpful and patient, and made the whole process easy for someone unfamiliar with how pharmacies work here. Really appreciate his help.

The pharmacy helped me get meds. The Salvation Army bell ringing lady. Was also cool.

They submitted insurance claims for prescriptions that I never picked up and charged my insurance despite the fact that I did not receive the medication. When I asked for clarification, I didn’t get a clear explanation or proper follow-up. Very disappointing experience with Safeway Pharmacy This is unacceptable and creates serious issues with my insurance records. Pharmacies should never bill for items that were not actually provided to the patient. I hope Safeway Pharmacy reviews their process and fixes these mistakes to prevent this from happening to others.
