We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

Pearle Vision quoted me around $500 retail and after insurance applied my total came out to about $160 out of pocket for the same Transitions anti- glare polycarbonate lenses. They were straightforward, polite, and actually explained everything clearly. No hidden costs, no pressure, no games. They even confirmed everything over the phone before I came in which saved me time and stress. This is how using vision insurance should work. If you have FEP Vision or any other plan go to Pearle Vision. They’re honest, transparent, and will actually save you money instead of overcharging you.
