We have only had the hearing aids a couple weeks and already they won't keep a charge. We came back to see what could be done and was told nothing could be done except send them off to the manufacturer. Now we are left with no hearing aids!! They couldn't or wouldn't offer us anything to go home with. We left the place feeling like they are only there to make money not actually help people hear.
