Sometimes the office won't return calls, or they say they'll call me and then they never do, or the amount of the bill changes dramatically (some periods it's 4 days of care others it's 5, with no explaintion as to the change). Sometimes something happens at the house (care giver cant make it due to weather, dad gets hurt, or mom is sick) and we have to find out from mom and dad. Would be better if they communicated that kind of thing with us. Rather than having to hear it second hand. Happy with the care provided to mom and dad not very happy with the office side of house.
