  After qfc closed its pharmacy in mill creek I got my meds from here. Its been 4 months total. That equates to 4 visits, right at once per month. However without failure no matter how much lead time is given to them to fill a refill the medications are never ready. Each month now its been 2 to 3 visits to pick up a refill. I call on a friday with intention to pick up on tuesdays. Thats 4 days lead time. Not once yet have they been ready, in fact last night(tuesday) I called at 4 pm was told that meds wouldn't be available till 7pm, told the pharmacist that Id have to come by sooner, I showed up at 5pm. Was told to come back at 7pm because only one of three meds was ready, something about insurance. I called insurance company from my car and was told ,no, no problem (at first they (the pharmacist)said it needed a prior authorization, then they said there was a drug interaction) so with humana on hold I go back into pharmacy ask pharmacist to please speak to humana who is on the phone, she refused then again said come back at 7pm. I normally wouldn't persue the issue however the pharmacist said to me to come back in 2hrs but told the patient who was in front of me to come back in an hour. Clearly giving preferential treatment to the other patient. Totally unacceptable, and when confronted was rude and was not going to work with me. Fine, I'll go elsewhere and strongly urge/advise others to do the same. If a 4 day lead time isn't enough to prepare 2 prescriptions, and when challenged with ineptness the pharmacist reacts using retaliatory behavior towards their patient, thats my limit you've used up all my patience along with intollerable rudeness. AVOID THIS PHARMACY. The staff are not patient orientated and really need training on customer service. I'll never go back to this place, ever.

  Was skeptical with all the negative reviews but had to come here as QFC Mill Creek is closing down. Surprised that everyone is fairly pleasant and courteous. In and out in 5 min with medication. Going to give it a few more tries and see how it goes.

  The pharmacy staff is very rude!!! I take medical transportation to pick up my medication so I have to verify when I can pick up my medication and they have to call the pharmacy to confirm so I called and was told the 2nd of August so I set my ride for that day so I get to the pharmacy and they told me I can't pick it up until the 4th smh then instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she snapped at me saying "WE'RE NOT GOING TO FILL IT" I said ok that's fine no problem and she still had an attitude! If they don't like their job.... THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM! I really wish I could go somewhere else but that's the only fred meyer in my area since they're closing the other one I'm going today the 4th of September so I'll leave another review with the update. Update: Had to report to higher ups because of a cashier with terrible customer service, reads all of our reviews and announced the fact she read mine to me in front of everyone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Her job is a "CASHIER "not a pharmacist. Ring up and shut your mouth!!!!

  Went to pickup two prescriptions this morning. I could NOT understand the woman that helped me. I’m not prejudiced person but she couldn’t speak very good English. She starred at the screen forever and finally went and got help. Please Fred Meyer, this is not the first time this has happened! I’m ready to transfer my prescriptions to some other business. 😡😡😡

  Worst pharmacy ever. They are completely incompetent of there job. Lying to my face saying they never have gotten prescriptions from me but I have a total of 8 and been going since I was 14 years old to this pharmacy. I’m disgusted by there behavior , how they talk to you. The head lady hung up on me. Not professional and she can’t even speak English. Going to go to cooperate, getting her name today will update
