- KMKevin MaSep 27, 20255.0Was skeptical with all the negative reviews but had to come here as QFC Mill Creek is closing down. Surprised that everyone is fairly pleasant and courteous. In and out in 5 min with medication. Going to give it a few more tries and see how it goes.

I take medical transportation to pick up my medication so I have to verify when I can pick up my medication and they have to call the pharmacy to confirm so I called and was told the 2nd of August so I set my ride for that day so I get to the pharmacy and they told me I can't pick it up until the 4th smh then instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she snapped at me saying "WE'RE NOT GOING TO FILL IT" I said ok that's fine no problem and she still had an attitude! If they don't like their job.... THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM! I really wish I could go somewhere else but that's the only fred meyer in my area since they're closing the other one I'm going today the 4th of September so I'll leave another review with the update. Update: Had to report to higher ups because of a cashier with terrible customer service, reads all of our reviews and announced the fact she read mine to me in front of everyone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Her job is a "CASHIER "not a pharmacist. Ring up and shut your mouth!!!!

When I finally got someone to help, she asked me DOB and my name. I said my name she asked me again. So I kinda raised my voice and she told me I don’t have to yell at her. Excuse me! Do I look like a bad guy here by yelling at her? Which was she asked me twice and I was worry that she couldn’t hear me since I was driving. Definitely never return back to this pharmacy. They suck at customer service even when someone said they were slammed on any busy days.
