- BBBFeb 17, 20261.0Participates in deceptive marketing campaigns. Did you receive a letter in the mail claiming that you've been selected to be one of a small number of candidates for a field test for "new hearing instrument technology"? Yeah, no, they bought marketing leads for your ZIP code and sent these out to anyone 55 or older. It's very difficult for me to not call this a scam, especially with the "free groceries voucher" of an unspecified amount and store location being offered as a reward for participating. Also, Miracle Ear just sells rebranded Signia hearing aids at a significant (several thousand dollars) upcharge. You can save tons of money and get the same exact product just by going to your doctor. Oh, and my grandfather had his wallet drained by Miracle Ear. Needless to say I'm not a fan.

She’s always there to help and goes out of her way to do so, working with the insurance companies, making appointments work out, and she knows a thing or 2 about the hearing aids!! I’ve been having trouble with getting my left one to stay in for a couple years now and whatever she did is a miracle because it has not come out since 😃
