- MCMichele CMar 27, 20241.0Unfortunately not Deaf/hard of hearing friendly. The staff will not follow through with set communication plan when asked to text or email for communication. They agreed in person and yet refuse to email or text. I arrived on set scheduled time, the place is closed. I realized this is closed more often than not. Not conducive to trouble shooting in the moment when needed during a set time of office hours. The audiologist charged for items that are typically free with the purchase of a pair of new hearing aids. (From 30+ years of past experiences of customer service from an audiologist.) I will not recommending this place of business to my community, and will be looking elsewhere for services and actual opened business hours as stated. Unfortunate especially because of the clients they serve- not accessible at all. So odd.
