Spent time correcting mistakes of meds that were not hers. Calling the clinic. Communicating with my nurses. FIXING others mistakes. She has helped me when I was out of State when I was absolutely at my wits end & again... Corrected mistakes. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. Plus she’s extremely knowledgeable & always reminds me that if I have questions, call her. She’s 100% one of the best. I am the first one to admit that I was devastated when Downtown Pharmacy closed down. But I don’t know what I would do without Kailey around. She takes her job seriously & professionally. And she has a sense of humor & doesn't get agitated. She does her job above & beyond & goes with the flow.!
