  Had never done Pilates before joining and now it’s a part of my everyday life, I’m addicted:) It’s improved my back and I feel safe that the teachers are guiding students properly. Had a long history of back issues and this the place someone else could work on overall health, balance and strengthening. It’s obvious that the instructors undergo extensive training. I really don’t have a favorite teacher, because I like them all. You can usually get into a class on the app except for the weekends.

  I have been taking classes at the Edmonds/Shoreline Club Pilates for just over a year and it is the first time in my life (I’m in my 50s) that I love exercising and really miss it when I don’t go. The instructors are very good. I enjoy their different styles and learn from each of them. Before I started, I was intimidated by Pilates because I was so out of shape. But, here, there people of every color, age, fitness level, and body size and it never feels snooty. Yes, it’s a relatively expensive form of exercise so, unfortunately, it is out of reach for many, but it is the best money I am able to spend each month.
