  Everyone of the stuffs were really nice and patient they listen to me and my concern about me not hearing very well got a hearing test and it rooled out that I need hearing aids can't wait to be able to hear better

  I have called and left 7 voicemails in the last 2 months checking on the status of my PA for my hearing aids, with absolutley NO call backs. We have went in and the lady at the front desk was rude. I have never seen a referral take 2 months for these things and I have never seen such an unprofessional office. 7 VM's Not a single call back. Even if to say, "we don't have it back" is better than being ignored. Once this issue is resolved, We can revisit this review. UPDATE: 3 DAYS LATER 12/20/25 Recieved a call from the Doctor letting me know that they had just went and submitted my PA. I said "it's been 2 months and you're just now sending it in?" "We've been inundated with patients" he said. Seriously? Or did you just forget.... So! This means, that the rude lady at the front desk LIED when she said that they sent it out but my insurance hasn't responded.

  Dr. Tiffany showed exceptional interest in my personal needs. Her explanations were clear and instructions complete. I feel that she went "the extra mile" to accommodate my circumstances. I live in México so she located the closets audiologist to service my hearing aids near my home. She seemed to care a lot about my success with my new hearing aids. I was favorably impressed.

  After being partially deaf most my life due to a childhood accident, I never really realized how much until after I worked with Puget Sound hearing aid to improve my hearing. They are wonderful, patient, and explain absolutely everything so that you don't feel like you're making the wrong decision. Went in for my first check up and it was just fantastic how well they handled showing me how to do the various caring and cleaning procedures, and checking the various levels of programming so that I'm satisfied. I can't believe how much better my hearing is, and I'm really grateful they made it so simple. Truly life-changing.
