Unprofessional in how they greet a customer, rude, cocky, you name it. If Safeway has a training department, they seriously need to send someone to that store to teach BASIC customer service skills like “Hello” “How May I help you?”. Instead you get the annoyed look and “DATE OF BIRTH?” followed by the immature ignorant eye roll. If you don’t like it there, leave! I can’t believe this one girl is still employed there. She is beyond rude every time! Reading some of the other comments, looks like she has been rude to others as well.
