One of the worst pharmacies in the valley! Safeway in East Wenatchee was good at one time, but their lack of customer service, rude glares, etc.. Just did it for me! I feel like they could care less if the line wraps around to the other end! Over it and done!

As a retired hospital pharmacist, this place makes me weep for my profession. After tolerating the pharmacy's slowness, apathy, inability to keep their online Rx information timely, failure to keep COMMON prescription medicine in stock, and unwillingness to simply give you a quick call about a question or problem, I am switching to Fred Meyer and never going back. My dad says they are very professional, caring, helpful and accurate there. It seems to take Safeway pharmacy longer to find your RX in their "plastic baggie RX pick-up sorting system" mess than it does to actually fill the RX itself. And if you want "consultation" with the pharmacist, they kindly come over and read the instructions off of the label and warning stickers. I guess people are left with going home and reading the reams of medication package insert information that they throw in which contains information worthless to the common patient. That's it. Wow. True dedication to the profession... That is the culmination of 6 years of pharmacy college... The only thing they seem to have perfected is their ability to go on their lunch break exactly on time... 35 years ago pharmacy enjoyed the title of being "The Most Respected Profession" for some time; pharmacy even had a US stamp celebrating it. Man, how times have changed and the world has turned upside down...
