- ASAlexander SawyerDec 30, 20251.0This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. I hate calling because they put you on hold forever and end up hanging up on you anyway. There's always a long line of people that are angry for having to wait, or people standing around waiting for prescriptions. There's never more then 2 people working at the counter, today there was 1 and I had to leave to get to a dentist appointment which I had a half hr. Shouldn't take 30min to pick up meds. I'm frustrated with this place and now I'm moving on. This place sucks!

I was on hold so long that that your system automatically called you back 7 times and was continuously put back on hold, when I hung up and tried to just call back I was immediately put back on hold again. Extremely unprofessional. I'm not able to order my medication for refill online because of the kind of medication it is, but i'm forced to sit on the phone listening to your horrible music for 30+ minutes JUST to request a refill. Its a wild goose chase every single month when I need this medication.

I really needed.my pain meds but they would not put a rush on it. All they said was you have to wait your turn. They didn't seem to care. Time to move on to another pharmacy
