  Well...been going here for years until yesterday. I got out of surgery for a total knee replacement and my prescription had been called in for hours. I really needed.my pain meds but they would not put a rush on it. All they said was you have to wait your turn. They didn't seem to care. Time to move on to another pharmacy

  These are the most patient, compassionate and helpful ladies and gentlemen......always polite and willing to slog through your insurance and doctor office obstacles for you. I love this pharmacy....thsnk you Kelly, Tammy, that other cute one, etc. Lol.

  I'm leaving this review, not to bash fredmeyer but to let their leadership know the issues their facing. Before they remodeled, things were fine. I'd get a prescription ordered and it would be filled within an hour without me even having to call about it. Now, not only do I have to call (which takes time away from their staff) but it also takes a lot longer to get it filled. They switched to a refill reminder system, which I would think ends up prioritizing early fills over new prescriptions. I get reminders a week or two before I actually need to prescription and then it's ready long before I need it. The employees always seem very busy and when I call in for a question, often I'm met with a "please hold" followed by a pretty lengthy hold period. I'm told fredmeyer picked up a lot of customers since covid and they haven't been able to keep up. I think its because of the early fill reminder system. Also, their "prescription is ready for pickup" texts are broken. On more than one occasion, I've gotten an alert weeks after I already picked it up to let me know it was ready. They possibly even prepared it twice when it wasnt needed a second time. Then I had to call them to see what the medication was (because I didn't recognize it). That also took more time away from your staff to answer questions when they could be filling medications. From what i hear from the staff, i am not the only one experiencing these issues. The efficiency has taken a back seat due to things automation hiccups. I hope leadership takes this to heart and gets a fix in place. I'm sure the employees would be relieved and less stressed to see some improvements.

  Only pharmacy that you can actually find open during the weekend, not just the weekend, 7 Days a week, most M-F, maybe Saturday. Freddy’s 1 - 0. Great Service, with technology for speed, service, and overall customer satisfaction, Freddy’s 2-0. The line MOVES!!!! No explanation needed, other Corporate “Pharmacies” in the valley have one person, who is typically runs the drive thru/register with a line of customers who are ALL whining, including myself, yet there is no time that its any different, regardless of the the day (oh, and M-F pharmacies). Freddy’s 3-0! They actually have friendly service, and although I was in a bind due to a business trip/overlapping my fill date that needed approval necessary, they worked with my doctor on providing a refill as promised the day before I left, so I didn’t need to stress it prior to departure, that 4-0….. Should I say more! Interesting; as I am writing this review, I was just notified my prescription is ready for pick up! It would be to easy! Fred Myer pharmacy team, you guys absolutely rock! Personable, friendly, I never feel as though I am ever a bother (and I can be). Team is absolutely second to none! BTW - Yes, we’re talking pharmacy! Freddy’s sets the bar way too high!

  Run don’t walk away from this store. It’s promised remodel is months in the making meanwhile the pharmacy can’t seem to staff itself to the levels needed for the area, closes down at lunch leaving you in a queue, texts you they order is ready and then makes one stand in a queue that doesn’t move only to close. The pharmacy manager should be fired and the store manager should be as well as this has been the norm for months. Shame on them!
