  Great pharmacy there is a line at certain times of the day. They all work very hard to make sure we all have are meds. Keep up the great work guys and gals

  Zero sense of customer service. Hanging up on customers who have been waiting on hold for 30+ minutes with no conversation. Ignoring calls for 4+ hours from customers and other pharmacies. When complaints or feedback given they huff and curse under their breath. Commit to getting meds filled in a certain time and consistently miss that timeframe. Regularly out of medications causing delays. Always delays and always excuses. I understand they’re busy. All the pharmacies in Wenatchee are. The difference is the other pharmacies communicate and are cordial when working with customers, work to find solutions or are open to feedback. Do not recommend.

  This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. I hate calling because they put you on hold forever and end up hanging up on you anyway. There's always a long line of people that are angry for having to wait, or people standing around waiting for prescriptions. There's never more then 2 people working at the counter, today there was 1 and I had to leave to get to a dentist appointment which I had a half hr. Shouldn't take 30min to pick up meds. I'm frustrated with this place and now I'm moving on. This place sucks!

  Editing review: Switching pharmacies. If you actually want to get your medications on time, fred meyers is not the pharmacy for you. They are rude, slow and have been short staffed for months. I have now been without a very important medication for the past 3 days because of this pharmacy. They do not care about their customers and have zero sense of customer service. They will leave you on long holds and hang up on you. Their line goes from the pharmacy out to the front door and moves at snail pace because they only have 1 person actually helping people. Thanks guys, genuinely need my meds but keep getting foced to wait on long holds with your crappy music. I was on hold so long that that your system automatically called you back 7 times and was continuously put back on hold, when I hung up and tried to just call back I was immediately put back on hold again. Extremely unprofessional. I'm not able to order my medication for refill online because of the kind of medication it is, but i'm forced to sit on the phone listening to your horrible music for 30+ minutes JUST to request a refill. Its a wild goose chase every single month when I need this medication.

  Used to not have any issues. But lately, it’s been horrible. It would be nice if they didn’t leave you on. Hold for ever and medication are getting worked on without you. Needing to call in first.
