- JJJai Johnson4 days ago2.0Just moved to the area Poor customer service in pharmacy could be sleepy(I did go around 730pm) idk but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also no drive through was kinda bummed because I just had surgery and had to walk.
- LLlaura5 days ago1.0incredibly disappointed. my regular pharmacy has not been receiving my important medication that i take daily so i called this pharmacy yesterday to check if they had my medication in stock and if i could ask my physiatrist to send the prescription here instead. they told me they had my medication in stock so i got my prescription sent here. today, i called to get my prescription filled and they said they would get started on it! i was so relieved considering i’ve been without my medication for two weeks, and i asked if it would be ready for pickup today. she put me on hold to ask the pharmacist, came back on the line and asked when the my last in person appointment was with my psychiatrist and i told her that i haven’t done in person appointments. my psychiatrist uses telehealth-video calls. they then refused to fill my prescription so now i have to find another pharmacy yet again, send another message to my psychiatrist, and try to figure out how to get my medication. i’ve called a bunch of pharmacies in the area and nobody has my prescription in stock besides this pharmacy which refuses to fill it for me. i’ve even explained what happened here on this call and the other pharmacies have said it’s odd that they won’t let me have my medication for this reason. i want to add that the woman i spoke with on the phone was kind and this review is not to express frustration with her or any of the employees, but frustration with the policy.
- JJJenniferMar 8, 20261.0Horrible !!! The last 15 months just horrible ! Can’t bill my insurance right when they know I have insurance . They can choose not to take your insurance and not tell you , so they charge you cash prices and only tell you when you ask! Not to mention , they are all rude even the pharmacist ! My family has been using this pharmacy for 10 years and we just left . It’s always something every single time I go to pick up my medications . I always say please and thank you , but they still just don’t care!
