  Horrible !!! The last 15 months just horrible ! Can’t bill my insurance right when they know I have insurance . They can choose not to take your insurance and not tell you , so they charge you cash prices and only tell you when you ask! Not to mention , they are all rude even the pharmacist ! My family has been using this pharmacy for 10 years and we just left . It’s always something every single time I go to pick up my medications . I always say please and thank you , but they still just don’t care!

  I’m shocked that this FM Pharmacy location doesn’t have better reviews!! I honestly love this specific Fred Meyer pharmacy and think they’re the best I’ve had my prescriptions filled here every month for years now. They’re always so helpful and friendly (I wish I could remember her name but the younger girl with light blonde hair is the absolute sweetest, she remembers me every time I come in and gets my prescription for me by the time I make it to the counter. Everyone here is honestly so kind) and they always fill my prescriptions quickly. If once in a blue moon it takes them a little bit longer than you’d like to have your rx ready just give them a break, they’re busy and I’m sure that it’s probably beyond their control. And if you’re asking them to do something that they legally cannot do or you’re trying to get them to make an exception for you, that’s on you and isn’t their fault or if they don’t have your medication in stock, it’s obviously going to take a bit longer, but even then they still quickly order it for you and have it there as soon as they can within their control. Basically every other pharmacy I’ve ever used besides this one has been pretty terrible in comparison.

  Such nice and helpful people in this pharmacy! I just had the BEST experience with the pharmacist over the phone, will be picking up soon. But he was incredibly kind, helpful and quick. It's so nice to have people treat you with kindness ... Most pharmacies are not that way. Almost emotional right now. I have been to a few different pharmacies but none are so polite & caring. When you have to take medication everyday for the rest of your life.... Having an amazing pharmacy really truly helps. Thank you! 🥲☺️💚💙💜
