  Today Dr burgett cleared up the issue where I thought I had a cavity. After she checked closely she realized what I was looking at and told me it was not a cavity. And I had my teeth cleaned today and they always do a wonderful job.

  From the front office to the chair with the dentist and assistant I couldn't be happier. The front does their best to schedule you asap and when works for you. The front office was a breath of fresh air and didnt come off rude but instead very nice. The dentist i worked with was very nice and welcoming as well. They had a way of not making you feel like another patient.The assistance are awesome to and both answered all my questions and always explained what they were doing. Found my new dentist!

  Experienced a lack of pain management, was told over the counter drugs would work just fine, sorry when your pain level is 9-10 and your BP is 170/110, this does not work for me. I hate getting caught up in Political Pain management.

  My family and I (2 kids, 2 adults) have been going to Covington Family Dentistry for ~2 years. They have continued to be amazing. Best dental assistants, not pushy but informational dentists and truly helpful benefit advocates and front desk staff. Every time we go in we feel like we are being cared for. Recently we had a dental emergency, late in the evening, and when I was in the midst of calling around frantically for help, they gave me a call back within ~5 minutes -- and the provider even stayed late to have us come in and help us. Truly the best dentist office we have ever been patients at.
