No notification that my prescription ready for pick up, instead I get a voice message saying if I do not pick it up they will restock it, or the message says they called 3 times. Funny about cell phones, it tells me when you called or even how many times and it was NONE. I was directed to go to a link provided by text to set it up "again" and still not text or call. i called in 2 scipts 6/2/25 and I called to check if ready 6/5/25 and was told waiting for Auth for "it"- there were 2 I said- Effer-K she looked in her system and said we will start on it "NOW". I used to get notified when ready for pick up, then it stopped and nothing but rudeness and runaround.
